Plastic Surgery includes the repair, reconstruction, or replacement of physical defects of form or function involving the skin, musculoskeletal system, cranio-maxillofacial structures, hand, extremities, breast and trunk, and external genitalia or cosmetic enhancement to these areas of the body. Cosmetic surgery is also part of plastic surgery. The plastic surgeon uses cosmetic surgical procedures both to improve overall appearance . plastic surgery implies an amalgam of basic medical and surgical knowledge, operative judgement, technical expertise, ethical behavior and interpersonal skills to achieve problem resolution and patient satisfaction

Education : 
For most students they are to apply medical schools and receive a bachelors degree , for many the have an advanced degree . There is no specific major all students must complete undergraduate work in biology ,chemistry ,mathematics and more . students also take courses in the humanities and social science .students also volunteer are a local hospitals or clinics to gain some expirance in a health care setting . 


Reflection : in my opinion it sounds like an interesting job and competitive , yet its something i am not interested in doing .

Duties And Responsibilities : 

A neurologist is a medical doctor who is trained to diagnose and treat a nervous system disorders such as the brain , spinal cord, nerves and muscles . 
They are to perform various procedures such as neurological examinations of the nerves from head to neck ,muscle strength ,movement ,balance,ambulation,reflexes,sensation,memory speech , language and other cognitive abilities .

Education : 
Students must attend a four year program of premedical education in college or university .Four years of medical school; resulting in a MD or Do degree .They are also to attend a year long internship in either internal medicine or medicine/surgery . last a 3 year of specialty training in an accredited neurology residency program .  

Reflection ; 
This career seems very interested and very competitive , that have many doors open to receive the education to be Neurologist .In my opinion it doesn't attract my attention ,and it is just something that i am not interested in doing .

Duties and Responsibilities :
western medical practice can also be done by , acupuncture professionals who are trained to treat patients in illness or condition . They care for the patients mental and physical emotion to perform the proper treatment . In Addition practices like this on patients will improve a balanced and a healthier balanced life.

Education : 
for most programs you are to take  1,500-2,000 hours that take training up to 3-4 years . students must take additional requirements to receive a certification exam and an additional licensing requirements .





Reflection : In my opinion this career seems interesting , yet something that i am for most not interested in . Yes its a good pay yet not in the field that i would want to take .

Duties and Responsibilities : 
Eastern Medicine doctor are who practice Chinese procedures , that provide health car for patients.Using Traditional Chinese medicine techniques and other forms of treatment including acupuncture , herbology , or reflexology promote and maintain the holistic health of patients . Doctors are to diagnose the disease ,physiological disorder and injuries of patients .

Education : 
Students are to sign into a 10 semester program that has an exploration that deeply explores areas of a traditional Chinese medicine such as psychology , oncology ,gerontology , acupuncture detox,  also you are to research of the principles of the ancient power of the study of Chinese medicine . 


Reflection : 
In my opinion this sounds like a really grate job for those interested in this career , grate pay and get to learn other remedies to cure patients unlike traditional medicine "over the counter " kinda thing . Yet it is something that i wouldn't choose do to me being interested in a different field .

Duties and Responsibilities : 

     The responsibilities for a Oriental Medicine doctor is to use forms of acupuncture and treatment through a Chinese concept . Oriental medicine treats a variety of patients who suffer of Headaches , back pain , arthritis or other illness by figuring patters of imbalanced body energy level and working to readjust fluids or tissues in order to keep the body balance and to relive pain . This career includes working with acupuncture,cupping , acupressure ,and herbal supplements that are applied to specific body parts or tissues.

Education Requirements : 

It is required to take an exam to be certified and be licanced .For most they earn a bachelors degree in biology. And taking classes in collage in order to graduate and become a oriental medicine doctor . 

Reflection : in my opinion it seems like an interesting thing to do , but it isn't something that i would like to choose to do as a career .but sure seems interesting for others who are interested in this career .

They are specially trained to help does who are injured playing a sport but can also , help regular people with injuries.They are also to preventing future injuries.Does just dedicated to help individuals in the sport industry can travel along with them making sure there is no injuries ,or traveling along with a sports team. There main focus is joint ,bone and muscle health.

Education : 
student who are interested in this career they must acquire a bachelors degree ,accomplishing courses such as biology , chemistry , and physics.students must be required to take a medical college admission test in order to get into medical  school . 


Reflection : in my opinion this is a grate career to take in consideration especially because you gain much expirance and get to travel . And yet you get to help people .

A Periodontist is someone who specializes with procedures with supporting structures of the mouth , teeth , bone and gum tissues . for most they focus on repairing the damage done by periodontal disease , such as gum disease or other infections. A primarily responsibility of a periodontist is to treat any diagnoses of of the mouth :such as teeth ,gums, and tissue . They are to prevent , diagnose and treat diseases.

really like the fact that this career is a really good pay , even though this is a filed that i am currently interested in a other field i am actually considering to take this in consideration for a future career .

seems like a very interesting job , once again it is a job that i am not interested in . it is different kind of field that i am interested in .

This career sounds pretty interesting , and its a grate job to have because its a career were you can help the environment to stay cleaner . Although i do like what this career is about i don't deem to take this as a career in the future , it is something that personalty i am not interested in.

In my opinion i would most defiantly not consider in choosing this career reason why is because i am really bad with science , and it is just a filed where i am not interested in .

Reflection : 

In this career it sound like it vary interesting , yet it is a field that i preferably wouldn't really enjoy doing . It is something that i am  not interested in doing for my future .

In my opinion this it a very educated career to study , really sounds like an interesting career. Yet this is defiantly something that i do not see myself doing in the future for the rest in my life .

Duties And Responsibilities  : 
A Radiologic technologists uses x-ray machines , ultra sound machines , magnetic resonance scanners , position emission scanners , and other technology advanced machines in order to help diagnose and teat illness and injuries under the direction of a physician . their responsibility is to explain patients and getting ready for a radiological test and explain a treatment that will be performed . They are to place an equipment at the right distance and right angle from the patient to make the appropriate images for the physician . They are also to assist physicians while performing sophisticated procedures . they are responsible to be sure that all equipment is properly maintained . Radiologic Technologists work in hospitals , clinics , medical laboratories , nursing homes , and private industries .

I think that i can definitely consider this career in the future , i see myself enjoying to take as a caree and looks like an interesting thing to do .

They can also specialize in clinical , educational , quantitative, developmental , and industrial-organizational psychology.

This career really sounds interesting to take . But in my opinion it isn't something  i would go for as a career choice for me . Simply because it is something i done see me doing in the future .

Pharmacy Technician 



Duties and Responsibilities :

The Pharmacy technician work along a Pharmacist . Some of their responsibilities are filling in prescriptions according to a doctors order for patients . Other responsibilities are to measure the correct amount of medication from larger containers to prescription size containers. They also add drugs to intravenous solutions . All the work done , is then check by the pharmacist before giving the prescriptions to patients. Pharmacy Technicians usually work in Retail pharmacies , hospitals, clinics,and some large industrial complexes. Duties for Pharmacy Technician are :

  • check inventories and ordering more supply 
  • receiving and checking in supplies 
  • waiting on customers 
  • keeping pharmacy work areas clean 
  • helping fill out insurance forms

Educational Requirements ;

In order to become a Pharmacy Technician you must have taken courses such as Science , Especially chemistry , and typing courses in high school . A high school diploma is usually required to begin a pharmacy technician training . Two year courses leading to certificates are at most community colleges . Also , a Six month programs are offered are privately operated schools . 

Reflection : 
this career does seem interesting and does take my attention , I would actually take in consideration to choose this as a career. I like it because it short and i definitely  see myself doing this in the future as my second job .

Pharmacist


Duties and Responsibilities;
A Pharmacist prepares prescriptions that are written from physicians, dentists, and practitioners for patients. They are to review the prescriptions to validate their accuracy and then prepare the medication. For measuring an accurate prescription pharmacist must weigh, measure, and mixing drugs. When pharmacist is done they are giving to the customers and patients.  A Pharmacist also helps the patients with any questions they might have, about their prescriptions or drugs being sold over the counter.
Pharmacists work in hospitals, clinics, health departments, universities, groceries, drug and discount stores. Pharmacists who work in stores need to be aware of health supplies available in the store so they do not direct customers into a drug addiction.
Salary;
 $33,000-$51,000
Education:
Those interested in becoming a pharmacists must have completed high school courses such as a (AP or IB) English, science and math . All students must graduate from college in order to become a pharmacist. Most pharmacy schools require for applicants to take the pharmacy college admission Test (PACAT), others require up to two years of pre-Pharmacy education. There are other schools that will admit students directly from school. It usually takes at least five years to earn a pharmacy degree, and to earn a doctor of pharmacy it requires at least six years.
Reflection:

I wouldn’t take consideration in becoming a pharmacist, but I would definitely consider being a pharmacist technician it is something that I will be interested in taking.

Perfusionist 

Duties and Responsibilities :  
Their Responsibilities are to operate circulation equipment during medical situations , when a patient need assistance with artificially replace the patient s  circulatory or respiratory functions . This is usually happens during  heart surgery or similar operations . Their duties is also to control temperature of a patient during surgery .  This includes :
  •  Operating heart-lung machines 
  • Administrating some types of anesthesia 
  • Administering some types of medication  
Salary :
$50,000

Education :
It is required  that you must completed high school courses such as Biology and chemistry , and a diploma . This is required in order to be accepted in training programs . Admissions preference is given to students with college science work or experience in respiratory therapy and medical terminology. 
Training programs are giving by academic health centers and medical schools or universities . The are hands on , practical training . this course can include 150 procedures to include 20 pediatric and infant cases .

Reflection :
 This sounds like and interesting career . Yet i don't see myself in this field . It is something that im not interested in .

Duties and Responsibilities : 

Osteopathic Physician treat inguries and diseases . They also do the practice in all branches of medicine and surgery like allopathic Physicians (M.D. s ) that differ from emphasizing the importance of the musculoketal system , holistic medicine. proper nutrition , and environmental factors in maintain good health . Unlike Osteopaths use hands-on approach to medicine and are frequently manipulate or palpate a part of diagnosis and treatment .Osteopathic mainly work in hospitals or private practice. The majority of Osteopathic are general practitioners , family practitioners , and emergency medicine specialists .


Salary ; $110,000

Education ;
 To become an Osteopathic Physicians you must of taken courses in your high school years including (AP or IB courses ) also math , science , and English . all your three to four year you must attend a medicals school . For undergraduates they are required to admissions in all medical schools . the admission includes taking a one year basic of chemistry , one year of organic chemistry , one year of biology , and a one year of physics. Some medicals schools require course work in calculus , English , the humanities , or social science . They are also to take an internship before having the practice of osteopathic physicians . Also a three- year  residency in tier specialty .

Reflection :
 In My opinion is something i am not interested in doing . I don't really see me doing this in my future seem a lot of time consuming .

Duties & Responsibilities :  
 An  Optometrist responsibility is to treat a pastiness vision .  They are to treat and diagnose a patients problem and write them a prescription . They prescribe corrective eyeglasses , contact lenses , or vision therapy . some specialize in industrial vision safety , treatment , of vision related learning disabilities and environmental vision care . Optometrist are commonly self employed , although some work in hospitals , government agencies , optical manufactures or universities .

Educational Requirements :

To become a Optometrist you must have completed course such as AP or IB in Math , science , & English in high school . It is required to have at least two years of college for entering as a optometrist . Optometrist school takes about four years required .Before  obtaining a degree  of doctor of Optometry  , you must have passed  the state exams before starting to practice .  

Reflection ; 
In my opinion i wouldn't like to be in this career , seem like you have to be very patient  and i myself isn't really patient . I personally wouldn't like to be a Optometrist .
