Home Health Aide

Duties and Responsibilities:  home health aide work with companies that assist people who are ill, injured, or disabled.  Their duties are to check blood pressure, temperature, and pulse for their patients.  They also assist them worth getting them in and out of bed. Take them baths or dress them, their duties also consist of serving their meals, housekeeping and cleaning their room and bed.

Salary; $8,000 - $18,000

Education: for a home health aide must have at least their high school diploma or a GED certificate. Or some vocational school and community colleges who offer training programs.

Reflection; in my opinion I wouldn't like to take this career is just something that im not particularly interested in. 

Histology Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:  Histology specialist cut sections of tissue and places them to examine them into a microscope. The examine the tissue specimens in paraffin wax blocks or infiltrate tissue specimens with wax.  By examining the tissue under the microscope they make sure that the tissue preparation is to the laboratory requirements.  They are also to maintain all tools used in the laboratory such as Microscopes, Mass spectrometers, Microtomes, immunostainers, Tissue processor embedding centers, and water baths.

Salary: $22,000-$35,000

              $30,000-$50,000

Education:  Students need to take courses such as science, math, & English in high school years. To become a histology specialist you must earn an associate degree and can also earn a bachelor’s degree.  Also you must complete a year of completing an internship. And lastly you must pass the National examination.

 Reflection ; I really wouldn’t like to choose in this career because having to deal with cutting tissue  doesn’t make me comfturble  it gives me the woozies  even thinking about it , also because it not something I’m interested it  not in the field that I’m not interested in .  

Health science librarian

   Duties and Responsibilities: health science librarian make sure to provide information through books, pamphlets, journals, tapes, multimedia presentations and much more. They also help health providers also patients assisting them with health information and much more.

Salary: $58,000

  Education:  To be a health science librarian you must be a high school graduate, and take courses such as English, math, typing and science.  A bachelor’s degree also required taking science and computer science, also a degree in library science is also required taking scientific ligature, biomedical communication, bibliographic resource etc.

  In my opinion I would actually take am consideration to peruse this career because I am interested in a career including a lot of communication skills and work ethic, which gives me a reason to actually consider this as a career.

Duties & Responsibilities :
              Health educators provide information on health and health related issues. They can assess health training needs and plan health education programs. They may specialize according to specific health concerns,illness ,or work or training settings . Health educators may work or training setting . Health educators may work as independent consultants or in health departments ,community organizations , businesses , hospitals , schools , or governments agencies . Health educators often :

• Perform health training needs assessments 
• design and develop health education programs 
• publish health educational materials ,information papers , and grant proposals .
• Develop health education health education curriculum 
• tech health in public and private schools .

Average salary ;  

$20,000 - $35,000 

Educational Requirements: 

Students must take college preparatory courses during high school , Health educator have as a minimum a bachelors degree in health education. you also need to obtain a bachelors degree . 

answer : in ,y opinion i would not like to take this as a career i rather choose something that im more intrested like in the media entertainment. 

Health information Specialist

Duties and responsibilities:  Health information  specialist are who are in charge of providing all medical records , finance and insurance data , They also make sure that all information that is giving is accurately correct .  As all information is correct practitioners can then evaluate their patients and provide them with correct medical information.  There is a variety of careers in this field they are;

·         Registered  Record Technician , Accredited Record technician , Certified coding specialist ,

Salary:

 $20,000-$25,000 (Coding Specialist)

 $23,000-$30,000 (Record Technician)

$30,000-$40,000 (Record Administrator)

         

Education: Students must take high school courses in information management, science, math, and English, coding specialist must have a high school diploma or a GED they must be certified can obtain it in community colleges and get training in their job. You must be certified in order to be a coding specialist by passing an examination. Accredited technician need an associate degree , Record administrator must obtain a bachelor’s degree and pass the examination test .

Answer:  in my opinion I don’t think I’m interested in going in for this field as a career because it isn’t something I see myself doing as a career . 

                                                           

Genetic Counselor

Duties and Responsibilities:  Genetic Counselors work with patients that genetically or inherited a sort of disease; their job is to inform their patients on how to treat their condition. Genetic counselors also research for their patients genetically problems history.

Salary: $25,000- $55,000

Education: students who want to become a genetic counselor must take classes that are mathematics and sciences during high school. Students must also take courses such as biology, chemistry, and behavioral science.  A Master’s degree is required and in most states it is required to be certified.

Answer: in my opinion I wouldn't like to choose this as a career. Mainly because it’s not in something that I’m interested as a career.
