Genetic Counselor
Duties and Responsibilities: Genetic Counselors work with patients that genetically
or inherited a sort of disease; their job is to inform their patients on how to
treat their condition. Genetic counselors also research for their patients genetically
problems history.
Salary: $25,000- $55,000
Education: students who want to become a genetic counselor
must take classes that are mathematics and sciences during high school. Students
must also take courses such as biology, chemistry, and behavioral science. A Master’s degree is required and in most
states it is required to be certified.
Answer: in my opinion I wouldn't like to choose this as a career.
Mainly because it’s not in something that I’m interested as a career.
