Plastic Surgeon 



Duties and Responsibilities:
Plastic Surgery includes the repair, reconstruction, or replacement of physical defects of form or function involving the skin, musculoskeletal system, cranio-maxillofacial structures, hand, extremities, breast and trunk, and external genitalia or cosmetic enhancement to these areas of the body. Cosmetic surgery is also part of plastic surgery. The plastic surgeon uses cosmetic surgical procedures both to improve overall appearance . plastic surgery implies an amalgam of basic medical and surgical knowledge, operative judgement, technical expertise, ethical behavior and interpersonal skills to achieve problem resolution and patient satisfaction

Education : 
For most students they are to apply medical schools and receive a bachelors degree , for many the have an advanced degree . There is no specific major all students must complete undergraduate work in biology ,chemistry ,mathematics and more . students also take courses in the humanities and social science .students also volunteer are a local hospitals or clinics to gain some expirance in a health care setting . 


Reflection : in my opinion it sounds like an interesting job and competitive , yet its something i am not interested in doing .

Oral Care professional 



Duties & responsibilities : 

Cleaning your teeth is a very important thing to do continuously.In order to prevent any cavity or other teach problems is important to take care of it . As for A individuals responsibility to brush nd floss at least three times a day . dental care professionals specialized in treating or fixing dental problems .





salary : 
$70,210 per year 



Education :
To be a dental care , it is required for students to , obtain a diploma and to have taking courses in high school such as English , math , and science . programs offered in vocational school, community , and university .



Reflection ; 

In my opinion this career sounds very interesting , and sounds like its a goo pay . I would like to take in consideration to go in to the dental field . It seems very interesting .

Respiratory Therapy Assistant 

Responsibility and duties ; 
A  Respiratory therapy  assistant responsibility is to restore patients pulmonary function , help patients  with pain , plans and administrates medical prescription for patients and therapy .Part of their duties is to assist patients with their needs that provide care with pulmonary examination. They are to confirm a patient respiratory treatment and information  to physicians .They are also to evaluate patients progress in their
 treatment .

Average salary ; $55,870


Education ;
A associates degree is needed , some only have a bachelors degree . Respiratory therapy assistants are also required to be licensed in all states except in Alaska , requirements vary with in states . 

Reflection : 

In this career it sound like it vary interesting , yet it is a field that i preferably wouldn't really enjoy doing . It is something that i am  not interested in doing for my future .

Duties and Responsibilities :

A Psychiatrist responsibility is to use a variety of treatment and may write prescriptions . Psychiatrist also work for the government , they can have their own private practice , work in hospitals , clinics , or universities. Part of their duties is to :

  • Design Treatment program
  • Conduct psychotherapy 
  •  Prescribe potent mental 
  • illness drugs 
  • supervise electrotherapy treatments 
  • conduct research 
  •  lead a team of mental health care givers 

Average salary :
$90,000-$200,000


Educational Requirements :

The educational requirements is that you must have , completed the requirements for a degree in ophthalmic or osteopathic medicine , you also have to complete an intensive three year residency in psychiatry .

Reflection :
This career really sounds interesting to take . But in my opinion it isn't something  i would go for as a career choice for me . Simply because it is something i done see me doing in the future .

Osteopathic Physician , D.O.

Duties and Responsibilities : 

Osteopathic Physician treat inguries and diseases . They also do the practice in all branches of medicine and surgery like allopathic Physicians (M.D. s ) that differ from emphasizing the importance of the musculoketal system , holistic medicine. proper nutrition , and environmental factors in maintain good health . Unlike Osteopaths use hands-on approach to medicine and are frequently manipulate or palpate a part of diagnosis and treatment .Osteopathic mainly work in hospitals or private practice. The majority of Osteopathic are general practitioners , family practitioners , and emergency medicine specialists .


Salary ; $110,000

Education ;
 To become an Osteopathic Physicians you must of taken courses in your high school years including (AP or IB courses ) also math , science , and English . all your three to four year you must attend a medicals school . For undergraduates they are required to admissions in all medical schools . the admission includes taking a one year basic of chemistry , one year of organic chemistry , one year of biology , and a one year of physics. Some medicals schools require course work in calculus , English , the humanities , or social science . They are also to take an internship before having the practice of osteopathic physicians . Also a three- year  residency in tier specialty .

Reflection :
 In My opinion is something i am not interested in doing . I don't really see me doing this in my future seem a lot of time consuming .

Nursing Home Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities:
  Their job is to plan as to direct operations of nursing homes and a long term care facilities. They are in charge to supervise personal, financial, medical, also nursing administration.  They mostly work in nursing homes, although some work in large corporations that control many facilities. Others teach and do research.

Salary:
 $40,000 - $55,000


Education:
Those interested in this career must complete high school courses such as business, science, math, and English.
The requirements differ for most states, nurses require at least having a bachelor’s degree, an additional internship program, and passing a comprehensive examination.


Reflection:
 In my opinion I do think I could be interested and see myself doing this as a future career.
