  ways that i can help improve my individual health is to start making better choices in eating healthy , and cut of the food that contains lots of sodium or oil . Eating more vegetables , & try to stop craving for chips .Thins that i have improved in is not drinking soda and substituted with water or a small portion of juice and add more water to it . also What i have done to improve my eating habits is to not eat at fast food restaurants that have unhealthy meals.An other thing i would like to improve is to be consistent with my workouts and not be lazy to workout and to stay in shape , and stop saying tomorrow and just do it no excuses to a better lifestyle ..
