Occupational Therapist

Duties and Responsibilities:
   The occupation is to assist patients who are mentally, emotionally, or physically disabled; help handicapped and help patients regain their abilities to perform daily living and self-care skills. They tend to work with, physicians, counselors, and physicians, counselors, and physical therapist.
Part of being an occupational therapist is to design programs for patients who need therapy. They also design special equipment used for a patient’s therapy if needed, therapist also assist patients to learn how to work& home life after becoming disabled by injury or illness. Occupational therapists work in hospitals, nursing homes, or in schools for handicapped, rehabilitated centers, & adult day care centers .


Salary:
 $ 26,000-$45,000

Education:

 for those who want to choose this as a career you must complete high school courses such as Math, science
, and English
All states require for you to have a bachelors or a master’s degree that includes clinical experience , which must include a clinical experience and  must complete the national examination in order to become a certified occupational therapist .  



Reflection: 
  In my opinion I don’t see myself going for a career in this field , it not what I see ,yself doing in my future .
